Browse by category (Featured, Promotions, Poultry, Vegetables, Fruits, Ponds and Makers), tap an item to read the full details and its photos, add what you want to the basket, then check out. There is nothing to install and nothing to subscribe to.

No. Life2Life takes guest orders only. You give a name, a phone number, an email if you want one on file, and a delivery address if the basket is coming to you. Keep the order number from the confirmation screen: together with that phone number or email, it is how you look the order up later.

Order by Wednesday. The growers harvest and pack on Thursday, and baskets are with you on Friday. You choose your preferred date at checkout, and anything that arrives after the Wednesday cut-off joins the following week. By then the harvest list is already with the growers.

Yes, if you tell us before the packing morning: an order can be amended or cancelled at any point before it has been packed. After that the food has already been cut, netted or prepared for you. Contact details for the team live on the Visit us page and are still being confirmed. Whichever way you reach us, quote your order number.

By bank transfer, DuitNow or e-wallet. Checkout shows the payment details and your total, you pay from your own banking app, then upload a screenshot of the receipt with the order. There is no card gateway, so no processing fee is added to your basket.

The order is created with the status pending review, and someone on the team checks the receipt against the total. Once it matches, the order moves to confirmed, then packed on harvest day, then fulfilled when it reaches you. If something does not add up, the team contacts you on the number you gave.

Look it up with your order number plus the phone number or email you ordered with. Both have to match, so a stray order number on its own reveals nothing about anybody. The lookup shows the status timeline, the items, the delivery details and the total.

Yes. Choose collect at checkout and pick the basket up from the farm in Klang, or choose delivery and give an address. The food costs the same either way. The exact collection point, the visiting hours and the delivery coverage are still being confirmed. See the Visit us page.

Bundles are put together by the team from whatever the farm has most of that week. Some run only between set dates, and some are limited to one per customer. Where that limit applies, it is checked against the phone number and email on earlier orders, so a household claims it once.

Sold-out items are marked on the menu and cannot be added to a basket, and seasonal items (rambutan, salad leaves, some of the fruit) only appear while the farm actually has them. Nothing is bought in from a wholesaler to fill a gap, so a shorter menu some weeks is honest rather than a mistake.

It is grown the organic way: no synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilisers, with the vegetable beds fed by water from the fish ponds. Life2Life does not hold a formal organic certification, so we will not claim one. If it matters to you, come and look at the beds yourself.
